Duodenum

This is the first part of
the small intestine. It
is located between the
stomach and the
jejunum (the middle
part of the small
intestines).

After foods
combine with stomach
acid, they descend into
the duodenum where
they mix with bile
from the gall bladder
and digestive juices
from the pancreas.

Methods for cleansing and
helping the organ recover

• Follow advice given for large
  intestines.
• Also, make certain that you are not
  overworking the pancreas
  (consuming too much sugar) and liver
  (eating too many processed foods).
• Ensure that you are chewing your
  food thoroughly, because improper
  mastication could create more work
  for the duodenum.
