How to Give Yourself a Professional Grade Breast Lift at Home

If you save up the $4000 it takes on average to get a breast lift, you would be in store for a little muscle tightening, skin shrinking, and a touch of fat rearranging. But, with a little creativity and sweat, you can achieve an impressive breast lift right in the comfort of your own living room.
Steps to natural breast lift
This breast lift works by mimicking the same things that a plastic surgeon would do to lift your breast, but you won’t be using a scalpel, or CARE Credit to bankroll this. Instead, you’ll use smart exercises, breast enhancing ingredients and spa grade skin peels. Here’s a general run down of how we’re gonna lift your breasts up:

- Step 3: Use breast toning/plumping creams
- Step 4: Wear push-up bras

Step 1: Perform chest lifting exercises
Rather than have a surgeon pull your chest muscles, you can do a few push-ups and inclined push-ups to achieve comparable results.
A normal (i.e. on a level plane) push-up will lift your breast by tightening your upper chest muscles. Plus, push-ups will add volume to your upper decollete. Doing push-ups on an incline, (that is having your feet on a chair while doing push-ups) will tighten the muscles below your breasts.

Step 2: Give your breast a skin peel
If you want your boobs to look fresh and firm, peel them. The right skin peel will remove the damaged, stretched layers of your skin. This effect will tighten your skin and make your breasts look and feel perkier.
Several stores sale peels now. But to get good results, get your peel from a trusted source and make sure that the peel is strong enough to give your a descent peel. For example, you might want to stay with a 30% strength acid peel unless you are super sensitive. All the same, don’t take selecting your peel lightly because you can do your peel right and get great results, or do it wrong and feel horrified. In short, make sure your supplier gives you excellent recommendations and customer support before you order the peel. This step alone you save you a world of problems.
Step 3: Use breast toning/firming creams
For your breast to look vibrant, they need to be moisturized. So why not use a moisturizer that plumps your boobs as it moistens? Such creams usually contain plant estrogen that urge the breasts to swell. As as an added bonus, most breast creams leave the breast with a suave, silky feeling that make your hands happy to touch.
Step 4: Wear push-up bras
If you worked out three times a week, would you ruin your efforts by eating German chocolate cake six times a week? Of course you would not, at least I would hope not. The same reasoning applies to your DIY boob job. If you are going to spend time and money to give your boobs a lift, you want to invest in a good push-up bra that will augment your efforts. Wearing the wrong bra can cause your breasts to sag and this will only lead to stretch marks and boobs that look like deflated balloons. The fix is to get a well fitted push up bra that raises your breast and makes them look and feel as if they are on pedestals.
Another reason I suggest a push-up bra is because your skin has a memory. If you train your skin to sag by wearing bras that just let your breast lay like sleeping dogs, the skin on your breast will just lay sagging when you take your bra off. But, if you wear a push up bra, you are training your breast skin to stay taut. As such, when you take off your push-up bra, your breasts will no drop South let a sack of potatoes, they’ll stay pointing straight ahead, like headlights, which is what you want.
Step 5: Maintain
Like anything in life, if you want to keep it, you have to maintain it. Getting and keeping a natural breast lift takes about 20 minutes of work, three times a week to maintain.
